STEP D. Remove threaded Air-line hose connector and 5/32 hex valve set screw. STEP E. Adjust the 5/32 hex velocity screw inward until the screw clears the receiver body, Remove Quick Pull Pin, Powertube Assembly, connecting rod and Bolt. Note: Use caution when removing as all parts are under spring tension. End of Field Strip Guide. STEP 2. With a pair of needle nose pliers, grasp the rod and unscrew the cocking knob with a 3/8th socket driver. You will need to move the spring to the side to avoid damaging it. STEP 3. With the cocking knob screw removed, place the screw, cocking knob and recocking housing items somewhere else for future use as they are not needed for the adjustable stock assembly. Please keep in a secure place as you will need them if you remove the adjustable stock to return to the stock configuration.

STEP 5. Line up the cocking rob on the adjustable stock with the rod on the marker power tube assembly. The rod in the stock is threaded to screw onto the rod in the power tube assembly. Turn the cocking knob on the stock clockwise to tighten the rod together. NOTE: Add high strength lock tight to the male threads on the stock cocking knob rod to prevent loosen during use.

diagram (Figure B) Note: Inspect and lubricate o-rings and bolt with approved lubricant before reassembly. Should the striker o-ring show wear or damage replace (use JT Repair kit 0852-00) STEP 3. Insure airline is clear of receiver body. Insert hex key as shown in (Fig C) to hold sear down during reassembly. If you do not have the hex key then pull trigger 3 times during reassembly to seat power tubes assembly. Turn marker upside down and reassemble as shown in (Fig C). Note: Insure valve set screw is reinstalled and tightend till completely seated in valve hole. (See Fig. J) STEP 4. Reassemble Quick pull pin into receiver. Check valve placement, check valve set screw (Fig J) installation and then reattach the airline nut. STEP 5. Attach barrel plug. STEP 6. Without air source attached cock and cycle marker to check for function. STEP 7. Cock marker to seal valve. Insure airline nut is completely seated turn clockwise till tight. Then slowly attach air source to Bottomline adaptor in order to check for any air leaks. Back off air source if any leaks are detected. If a leak is detected, follow the disassembly procedure again and then reassemble. STEP 8. Chronograph the marker to 300 fps or less before any use. To cock the marker, make sure the stock in the furthers forward position to expose the cocking knob. After the marker is cocker, adjust the stock to your desired position.
