1. Treat every paintball marker as if it were loaded. 2. Never point the paintball marker at anything you don’t wish to shoot. 3. Keep the paintball marker on safe until ready to shoot. 4. Keep the barrel plug in the paintball marker’s muzzle when not shooting. 5. Always remove gas source before disassembly. 6. Store the paintball marker unloaded and degassed in a locked place. 7. Follow warnings listed on gas source for handling and storage. 8. Never use anything other than .68 caliber paintballs. 9. Always wear proper eye protection designed specifically to stop paintballs. 10. Never shoot a person who is not wearing proper protection. 11. Always measure velocity before playing paintball. 12. Never shoot at velocities in excess of 300 feet per second.

Operating Instructions: CAUTION: Installing batteries incorrectly can cause damage to the circuit board!

Step 1. Insert Batteries. Slide the battery door off to insert two 9 volt batteries in through the bottom of the loader. Make sure the battery terminals are correctly oriented by noting the polarity markings that are located on the outside of the loader body and the battery door. Push on the batteries to compress the contact springs and slide the door back in place. Step 2. Install loader on paintball marker and open spring loaded flip lid and fill through the lid opening. Leave some room for ball movement. WARNING: Do not overfill the loader. This will cause prop jams or performance loss and could cause damage to the loader as well.

3. Switch on the power. The power switch and low-voltage indicator are located on the left side of the loader. The agitator activates when the infrared (IR) sensor does not detect a paintball in the neck of the feed tube. Once activated the prop will begin to spin until the feed tube becomes full. The IR sensor will then automatically shut the servo off. Battery Indicator The JT Revolution’s voltage sensor circuitry will cause the LED indicator to blink and eventually glow steady as your batteries become discharged. You should replace the batteries when the LED glows steadily with the switch on and servo motor not running. You will begin losing maximum performance as your batteries deplete from this point.

Storage To extend the product and battery life, always turn the power switch to off and remove the batteries during storage.

Maintenance Guide Disassembly

Step 1. Empty out any unused paintballs and remove loader from the paintball marker. Step 2. Remove the feed adapter (if used), the battery door and the batteries. Step 3. Remove the eight body screws from the side of the loader. Step 4. Separate the two body halves of the loader and remove the flip lid and flip lid spring. Step 5. Remove the main circuit board assembly, infrared circuit board, servo motor and wiring harness from the left body half.

Cleaning Step 1. The body and flip lid may be cleaned with soap and water once they are separated from the Circuit Boards and motor. Keep moisture away from all electronic components of the JT Revolution. Step 2. If the Circuit Boards or motor are contaminated with paint, wipe them off with a clean, dry cloth. The components can be separated if necessary by unplugging wiring harness.

Reassembly Step 1. Plug the Circuit Board back into the servo unit.

NOTE: The plugs are connected properly when the white wires face the left half of the loader. Warning: Improper assembly will damage electronics. See diagram below.
